The California Partnership of Healthcare Advocates (CPHA) conference provides an opportunity for Certified Application Assistants (CAAs), Community Health Workers, Promotoras, and other healthcare advocates to receive program updates, share and learn best practices, and network. This year healthcare advocates will learn what their role is in the implementation of the Affordable Care Act as the conference will highlight the CAA infrastructure as a crucial component in assisting and empowering families to navigate through the healthcare delivery system in California.

Certified Application Assistants (CAAs), Community Health Workers, Promotoras, and other healthcare advocates that play a role in assisting low to middle income Californians apply for and navigate health coverage programs.

What is the California Partnership of Healthcare Advocates (CPHA)?

CPHA is a statewide planning collaborative made up of a diverse network of healthcare advocacy organizations, clinics, health plans, non-profit organizations and public agencies. The planning collaborative comes together to create and present an annual statewide conference for Certified Application Assistants (CAAs), Community Health Workers, Promotoras, and other Healthcare Advocates to assist families in bridging gaps in healthcare and access to coverage.
